Content marketing also works but subtly suggesting things instead of in your face style advertisements. For example, an article about the top places to hike in California might recommend a certain brand of shoes to wear that are water resistant. Those could be your company’s shoes!

This is when people follow your company because it has interesting posts. The people you need to motivate more than anyone else is your staff. They are your brand ambassadors so do what you can to make them feel inspired about their work. Give them rewards for recommending a friend to purchase something. Likewise, hold training sessions. The biggest mistake new companies make is not explaining “why.” You need to explain why your product or service is valuable and why each particular staff member is an essential part of the team.
